Power Pretzels was born in Los Angeles from a simple idea:
Make a pretzel that delivers real protein without sacrificing taste.
After getting tired of protein bars and shakes, our founder Lane Dillon set out to create a snack that was fun to eat, fit into a busy lifestyle, and actually helped hit daily protein goals. After thousands of recipe tests and plenty of taste testers, Power Pretzels emerged — a bold, high-protein pretzel designed to fuel your day.

January 2024
The Formulation
We started this process by asking ourselves - "How can we take a basic pretzel, but add the power of protein while still keeping the classic pretzel taste?"
This kicked off a series of creating various recipes with different types protein and flour combinations. We eventually landed on something we loved.
March 2025
Trial Batch
Once we found a recipe we liked, we took it to our customers to get some feedback. The main request we got back was "Where do I buy more?!" From there we knew we had a winner and it was time for a full scale production run.
June 2025
Product Launch
We launched our salted pretzels in the month of June and instantly got great feedback. From there we have added Honey Mustard and Cinnamon to our line. More flavors to come!
